How long does delivery take across India?

Indicative transit windows are North 2–5 days, West 3–7 days, South 5–9 days, East & North-East 6–10 days from our Kishangarh hub.

How are slabs packed?

Heavy-duty wooden crates with cross-bracing, edge guards, foam separators, and moisture protection. Export crates are ISPM-15 compliant and fumigated.

Is unloading included?

Standard service is kerbside delivery. Customer arranges on-site unloading/lifting unless quoted separately as an add-on.

What should I do if there is transit damage?

Photograph the crate and damaged slabs, mark the POD as ‘Received with damage’, notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos, and retain packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer 20’/40’ FCL and LCL with EXW/FOB/CIF terms. Documentation includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Fumigation Certificate.

Delivery & Site Requirements

To keep your slabs safe, please ensure the following at the delivery point.

Access: Truck-friendly approach, turning radius, no low clearances/restrictions.
Unloading: Customer arranges labor/equipment (forklift/crane) unless quoted otherwise; standard service is kerbside.
Appointment: Keep phone reachable; missed slots may incur re-delivery/waiting charges.
Inspection: Inspect crates before signing POD; note visible damage on the docket with driver’s acknowledgement.
Storage: Keep crates upright on stable, dry ground; avoid direct standing water.

Transit Damage & Claims

We pack to exceed industry norms. If damage occurs, follow these steps for a swift resolution.

Photograph outer crate before opening, then each damaged slab close-up & wide-angle.
Mark POD (Proof of Delivery) as “Received with damage” and get driver initials.
