Can stone be customized at the time of purchase?
Yes. When you buy marble, Rajasthan granite, South Indian granite, imported marble or another suitable stone from Sudarshan Stoneix, we can process it at our own plant before dispatch. The order may include cut-to-size pieces, CNC carving, waterjet inlay, sink and hob openings, grooves, edge profiles, surface finishes, book-matched panels, stair treads, vanity tops, custom jali, nameplates and made-to-order marble mandirs.

Yes. You can select the stone and include cut-to-size processing, edge work, finish, carving, openings, layout and other approved fabrication in the same order. The finished pieces are checked, labelled and packed before dispatch.
What custom stone services are available?

Do I need a CAD drawing to request customization?

What is the difference between leather and lappato finish?
Leather finish is tactile and softly textured, commonly used on granite and quartzite. Lappato is semi-polished, with more sheen than honed stone but less reflection than a full polish. The final appearance varies by material and processing.
Can every finish be applied to marble and granite?
No. Some thermal finishes, such as flaming, are generally suited to granite and selected hard stones. Marble, limestone and highly fissured materials may require different mechanical finishes. The actual slab should be reviewed before confirmation.
Can a marble mandir be fully customized?
Yes. The size, marble, shikhar, pillars, arches, jali, steps, platform, drawers, shelves, symbols, inscriptions, doors and lighting provision can be customized around the available pooja-space dimensions.
Can countertops arrive with sink and hob cut-outs?
Yes, when accurate appliance templates and final dimensions are supplied and approved. Sink, hob, tap, basin, cable and drainage openings can be processed at the factory according to the material and support requirements.
How is custom stone pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on stone type and grade, finished dimensions, quantity, thickness, wastage, CNC or waterjet time, carving depth, edge profile, surface finish, handwork, reinforcement, packing and delivery destination.
How much time does customization take?
